Commercial building automation, designed by Electbus Corp. We assisted Electbus with our technology and engineering to achieve a successful building automation system with complete integration.

SALTEX CORP. - Miami, Florida


Comercial building automation, Saltex Group commercialize and distributes security systems for industrial, residencial and commercial buildings. We installed an automatic lighting control system in their facilities in order to save energy, also integrated security pannels for access control and monitoring through our Smart-IO system graphically.

MALL PLAZA LAS AMERICAS, Puerto Rico

Plaza Las Americas proudly holds the title of the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean. The mall features: Sears, JC Penney, Big K-Mart, Armani Exchange, Gap, Banana Republic, almost 200 specialty shops and boutiques, cinemas, a food court, several banks, a postal center and dental offices.
We designed and installed an integrated graphical system to monitor Siemens Pyrotronics Fire Panels, interacting with TRANE Air Conditioning Equipment and other control devices; achieving a trully integrated building automation system.
